1. License Grant

StratusCX grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software solely for your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the software. You may not use the software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

3. Software Use

The software is made available to you for use according to the agreed-upon subscription or service terms, and only for the period for which the subscription or service fee has been paid.

4. Intellectual Property

The software is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. StratusCX or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software.

5. Termination

This License will terminate immediately, without notice from StratusCX, if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StratusCX be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if StratusCX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StratusCX is located, excluding its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Agreement

StratusCX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this EULA at any time. It is your responsibility to check this EULA periodically for changes.
